Our Spiritual Reflection Group is a recurring, virtual small group gathering for spiritual reflection and accompaniment, typically meeting weekly on Sunday evenings during Advent and Lent - and occasionally the rest of the year. All are welcome!

The group strives to create and hold a supportive, non-judgmental space to listen deeply to ourselves and each other. Typical content includes poetry, scripture and other spiritual writings, open-ended questions, silence and opportunities for personal sharing.
